OBENIX AFRICA LABS was founded in 2023 by Gosa Dima Bonki — a techpreneur who believed Africa deserved more than imported software. It deserved platforms designed by Africans, for African realities, with global craft.

What started as a single studio in Nairobi has grown into a dual-headquartered technology holding company operating across Kenya and Ethiopia — incubating ventures that solve problems the rest of the world has overlooked.

From our Nairobi headquarters, OBENIX AFRICA LABS designs, engineers, and ships consumer and enterprise platforms across eight active verticals — from automotive intelligence to legal tech, from beauty marketplaces to logistics networks.

Nairobi is more than an address. It is a posture. We hire from a deep regional talent pool, prototype against real urban friction, and ship into the most demanding mobile-first market on the continent.
